I hope viewers feel an emotional connection to my nature and wildlife photography as I have a deep passion for conservation. In my nature and travel sections, I attempt to capture nature’s raw beauty and pristine qualities. There is a series on birds, honing in on their rich colors, personalities and vulnerability. In my travel section, I transport the viewer to awe-inspiring landscapes. I had the opportunity to photograph emotionally jarring images contrasting Yellowstone's beauty with land destroyed by flooding and fires. Focusing on a different topic, my portraits section brings psychology to life. I explore human relationships and how people are seen versus how they want to be seen. Lastly, the abstract section draws viewers in as detectives exploring and identifying nature along with basic household objects. They are shown in a way unfamiliar to the human eye. My voice is conveyed through the photos on this website. I appreciate you taking the time to explore my perspective.
“Photography takes an instant out of time, altering life by holding it still.”
